The paint colors and wallpapers selected throughout the McGee Home Refresh are great examples of the signature Studio McGee aesthetic with warm, welcoming tones and time-honored patterns. From Shea’s beloved Swiss Coffee mixed at 75% strength to a Morris & Co. wallpaper that is a nod to our own Morris & Co. x McGee & Co. collection we did with the storied brand after Ivy’s bedroom was complete, here is a complete guide to the refreshed spaces in the McGee Home.

Exterior
Curb appeal.
White Dove
The home’s exterior is painted in Benjamin Moore’s White Dove, and the shutters are Natural Tan by Sherwin-Williams.

Entryway
A warm welcome.
Swiss Coffee
The majority of the McGee Home is painted in Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore at 75% strength. To achieve this look, go to the paint store and ask them to mix the color at 75% strength, which will give you a slightly less saturated hue. The barrel arch in the entryway is Swiss Coffee 75% and the plastered brick is custom tinted to match Swiss Coffee as well.

Living Room
A space to gather.
Swiss Coffee
On the main living room walls, Shea chose to keep the original shade, which is Swiss Coffee 75%. This is also on the ceiling and up the stairway. The plastered brick on the fireplace is custom-tinted to match Swiss Coffee. The ceiling beams are Natural Cream by Benjamin Moore.

Dining Room
For more formal eating.
Swiss Coffee
The ceiling and half walls between the dining room and the kitchen are Swiss Coffee 75%. The wallpaper is Fontainebleau by Pierre Frey.

Upstairs Landing
A soft landing space.

The upstairs landing space remained the same, which is Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore mixed at 75% strength.

Primary Bedroom
Syd and Shea’s retreat.
Swiss Coffee
The primary bedroom walls also remained the same, again, Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore mixed at 75% strength. The fireplace and ceiling are Natural Cream by Benjamin Moore.

Wren’s Bedroom
A space to grow.
Grey Owl
The wallpaper in Wren’s room is Demi Floral Stripe Wallpaper by McGee & Co. The trim and built-ins are Grey Owl by Benjamin Moore.

Ivy’s Bedroom
Space for creativity.
Swiss Coffee
All of the trim and ceiling in Ivy’s room is Swiss Coffee 75%. The wallpaper is Willow Boughs by Morris & Co.
