Shea wanted to bring some of the green hues from her dining room’s wallpaper to the walls of her pantry. “The pantry is dramatic. It’s a big change in a small space and I love it so much,” she explains. “Going dark in the pantry is something I’ve wanted to do for quite some time. It’s a windowless, small space and it’s going to feel like a windowless, small regardless of the color of the cabinets. I decided to lean in.” The deep green color on the cabinetry is Inspiration by Portola Paints and it provides just the right balance of green between the two spaces it services, the kitchen and the dining room.
