  1. I love painted cabinets but I am afraid to take a chance. Any tips for a log home kitchen -? To brighten up the kitchen but still keep the log home feel?

  2. Thanks for sharing your go to paint colors! I’m always inspired by your work and content! I’m with Natalie…I would LOVE to paint my existing cabinets but am a little terrified! Our new home’s cabinets have a decent layout, are fairly high quality, and are less than ten years old – so we hate to spend the money to replace them but are also scared to ruin them with paint! Do you all have any tips/tricks/dos/don’ts for painting cabinets? Help! 🙂

  3. Yes please to a guide on how to paint cabinets! I can wrap my head around painting the doors but the inside seems impossible to do without professional help.

  4. Great Post! Cabinet paint colors are always fun to pick, even if it’s just white, as there are a million whites out there! So happy to see two tone kitchens, as well as Color!! Who ever is responsible for selecting your paint colors, does a FAB job!!

  6. Love them. Please though a guide on how to tackle them whilst painting. A friend had hers done by a decorator and I could see brush marks.

    1. You should definitely use a paint sprayer! This will give you a completely smooth finish and make the cabinets look like they were made that way. There are many tutorials online.

  7. What version of BM paint do you suggest for cabinets? Advanced? Or are you color matching with an acrylic lacquer? This is where I get stuck!

  8. Which post/project is the photo of Benjamin Moore Woodlawn Blue from? It is so lovely and I would love to see the whole room for context.

  9. Same question as Kelsey, if I have white walls and a brighter white trim and doors, should I do my white kitchen cabinets the same as wall color or the trim!??

  10. If I’m having my kitchen cabinets professionally painted; what is the best process to make sure they don’t get that "gummy" feeling after time. Additionally, I was going to paint the Benjamin Moore White Dove. What finish should I use?

  11. Do you guys sell the floating shelves featured in the kitchen? If not, where can I find them?

    Love your channel!!

  12. we are taking your advice and going with BM platinum grey for cabinets in the kitchen I have white oak floors. doing a quartz marble look alike. My question is would you do honed or polished for the waterfall countertops? Any specific quartz you recommend goes well with BM platinum grey?
    Thanks!

  13. Thank you for sharing your beautiful kitchen designs! We are having our maple cabinets painted snd laquered. We’re going to use super white quartzite on the island and cambrian black on the remainder of the counters. Which white would you suggest for the cabinets?

  14. Love your style, recently our home flooded wHarveyand my beautiful glazed cabinets took on water, 13”. Everyone says I must paint them. Would it look weird to paint the bottom cabinets and not the tops? The island is very ornate and makes me sick to think of painting it also. Advice please!!!

  15. Looking for some advice. I’m painting my base cabinets BM Kendall Charcoal and the upper cabinets BM Chantilly Lace. What would be a complimentary wall color?
