When a space is smaller, bold choices often create a grande, luxurious feeling. You can’t beat the fact that labor usually costs less!

We worked with Metrie to create a moulding detail with a raised panel. To create an elevated look we added a flat stock beneath the moulding to create a higher end look with dimension. The lines are clean, but detailed.

We wanted to home to feel traditional, like it had been around for a while and wasn’t a new build. We used a simple mirror with glam quality, pairing beautifully with the vintage charm in the flush mount. An open vanity is great for a powder bathroom because you don’t need much storage!

The paint color is Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore!
