and we love to see where fashion and interiors collide. It was fun and inspiring to watch NYFW (and dream of sitting front row at a runway show) and we love the pops of bold color trending. 

In our most recent project reveal, Home on the Bay, we shared this moody office nook. When our design team did the walkthrough for the project, they felt like this little office nook space in the hallway needed a touch of bold color. After pouring over a few swatches in shades of red and purple, they landed on this moody burgundy color that brought so much depth to the space.  

We’re taking that source of inspiration and sharing these stylish picks for incorporating this moody color into your home and wardrobe. While painting a wall may feel a bit too risky for your own space, a touch of color is easily worked in through a piece of artwork, or even patterned wallpaper. Pairing this shade of red with neutral instantly adds polish without allowing the color to overwhelm. This coat with ivory trousers, or these flats with a caramel sweater would be lovely! And if a commitment to the color in your wardrobe feels too bold, this lipstick or cream blush would be the perfect compliment to your makeup routine.
