The girls’ spring break was last week so we took some time off as a family to visit one of our favorite vacation spots. Relaxing in Alys Beach has become a sort of yearly tradition for us (and we’ve even rounded up a guide to visiting!) and I love that there’s a little something for everyone… good food, gorgeous beaches, and inspiring architecture.
Whew, I feel like as soon as we wrap up one launch, we are charging headfirst into another! We had our newest Threshold x Studio McGee collection photoshoot and while I can’t give away too much yet, here’s a little look at what was going on behind the scenes…
We shared all the details in our latest project reveal, Home on the Bay and even did a deep dive on some of our favorite pieces in the home. I absolutely love how the entryway turned out and that we were able to incorporate a great mix of elements that add balance and interest to the space. One of the prettiest features in the entryway is the repeated effect of the lanterns. We decided to make a statement with repetition, and that really sets the tone for the entire home.
I’m a denim girl, through and through, but love the change in seasons and the opportunity to wear more dresses! I love mixing a feminine, floral dress with a pair of casual sneakers for a look that’s comfortable, but elevated, and just right for spending more time outside.
It’s the last days of the Sephora sale and here are some of my newest purchases as well as restocks I buy over and over again…
Easter is just a week away! I’ve got the baskets about ready to go, now I just need to buy enough eggs to keep the girls entertained for at least 20 minutes, lol, and think about our dinner menu! This hosting guide is definitely a good source of inspiration.
The McGee & Co. Summer Collection is nearly here! If you haven’t already received your catalogue, watch for the launch of the collection and the digital catalogue on the 12th. The setting for this shoot was incredible and I’m still dreaming of the gorgeous, sun-soaked days.
