No. 1. SM Leadership Team Offsite  

The whole leadership team spent a day up at Blue Sky for our annual retreat. It’s our chance to get together and decide on new initiatives and plans for the upcoming year – didn’t hurt that the weather and views were ideal! 

No. 2. A Look BTS 

While there is a new Studio McGee x Threshold release on the horizon (holiday coming next weekend!!!), we are already working ahead on a collection for next year! The photo shoot took place this past week and I am always the most excited to get to see the product for the first time in real life after months of conceptualizing, designing, revising, and finalizing!   

No. 3. Approaching Deadlines 

As if this time of year wasn’t chaotic enough, there is a design book deadline looming for me at the end of the month. While I’ve been busy writing away every moment I can, we also had a final shoot for the book to gather a few more styled moments that will be the perfect accompaniment to the content! 

No. 4. My Favorite Necklace 

Traveling always makes me a bit anxious but there is something about having the reminder of my girls around my neck that always brings me a little peace. I wear this one nearly every day and it’s honestly like a little heirloom to me.  

No. 5. A Daily Essential 

This hydrating lip balm is just magic. Just a hint of color and gloss to keep you refreshed throughout the day.  

No. 6. Spooky Season! 

October is finally here, and I love to start decorating my porch for the season! I rounded up some of my favorite Halloween décor and added fall touches with foliage and flowers to strike the perfect balance between holiday and seasonal décor.  

No. 7. Our Big Collab! 

We’ve teased the surprise a bit here and there over the past month, but the collaboration launches this week (keep an eye out on October 12th), and I absolutely cannot wait to share it with all of you!
