No. 1. Unofficial start of summer

While Utah has been taking its sweet time to warm up, I got to spend a little time in California soaking up the sunshine and it definitely had me feeling ready to celebrate the holiday this weekend, relax, and prep for these summer months. I live for the long summer evenings! 

No. 2. Design book 

Speaking of California…I flew to LA with the team to photograph one of our favorite projects for a very exciting upcoming project… All I can say right now is there will be another book! sometime soon… Can’t wait to share more soon! 

No. 3. Studio McGee offices 

We were back in our offices giving tours of both my space and Syd’s for an upcoming webisode of the SM workspaces! I think it’s safe to say Syd’s favorite detail is his Topo Chico fridge.  

No. 4. Reset Your Nest 

The organization gurus behind Reset Your Nest were back in our house the other week making all my dreams come true. They used these gorgeous trays to organize my jewelry and sunglasses – I didn’t know something this simple could make me so absolutely giddy!? 

No. 5. Lips! 

We had our final day of filming for Dream Home Makeover last week and I don’t know where I would be without all the help of my makeup artist, Marisa! She introduced me to so many great beauty products, but one of my most recent favorites is this lip gloss – matte, but not drying, and a great color that I have been wearing over and over again.  

No. 6. Sale picks 

I’ve been enjoying this long weekend and taking a little downtime to peruse all the sales happening right now. I think I will be adding this darling dress for the girls and these sneakers for me to my cart. Take a look at our roundup and happy shopping!
