The Sunday 7: A Summer Party

No. 1. Concert Date Night 

Syd and I got away for the evening this week to go see one of our favorite bands, The Black Keys. It’s always so fun to enjoy a concert and feel like we’re reliving our carefree dating days!  

No. 2. Project Updates! 

I also took a trip up the canyon to check in on a couple of home updates and you guys – the details on these homes are going to blow you away. Had to snap a couple of BTS pictures to share! 

No. 3. A Trip to the Midwest 

I’m keeping my lips sealed, but I took a little work trip to the Midwest for an upcoming project that I am just giddy about. This was my first time to the area, and I was loving the lush green landscape and trees everywhere I turned! I’m a sucker for ivy growing over an entrance. 

No. 4. Floral, Feminine Tops 

During the summer I just want my wardrobe to feel as effortless as possible and I find that I always reach for a feminine top paired with denim; it’s a foolproof recipe! I just ordered a few new options to keep in rotation and have been loving them. 

No. 5. Living for the Volume 

I recently started using this mousse and I am obsessed. I LOVE that it sprays directly into my roots (no need to get the product all over your hands) and I can let it air dry without worrying about crunchy buildup. 

No. 6. The Studio McGee Summer Party 

We had so much fun at the employee party this weekend! There was everything from face painting to food trucks. People brought their significant others and families, and it was so fun to celebrate summer as a team – I can’t believe how much we’ve grown!
