The McGee Home Dining Room: Webisode

Our streamlined, textured dining room.

Today we are back with another McGee Home webisode!

The dining room is one of the places we spend the most time in, especially lately. This space was made for everything from game nights with the kids to formal dinners, and we couldn’t love the final result more!

Watch the webisode below, and be sure to check back in tomorrow for the photo tour with more details!

  1. What a gorgeous dining nook. I love the idea of the floor to ceiling windows to give the illusion of a sunroom. Genius! Would you please do a webisode of your pantry? I know it is probably tight in there for a camera and a tripod, but it looks so good, I’d be thrilled to hear how you designed it. Thank you so much for sharing.

  2. Great job! Wondering the size of the room and what type of windows ( crank, etc). Does it open to your porch? Many thanks!

  3. I LOVE the lip detail on the coffered ceiling and the floor to ceiling windows! So gorgeous! I noticed that the chandelier is placed higher than usual and I love the way it looks! How do we know the placement for very tall dining room ceilings? Mine is 20’ tall and I’m wracking my brain on how to do it?‍♀️ Thank you!!

  4. Such a beautiful space! I would love to know if you painted your windows with the 75% strength Swiss Coffee, or if they came white? If they came white, can you tell a large difference between them and the wall/trim color? Thanks so much! (I’m planning to paint our whole home Swiss Coffee but am concerned it will clash with our white windows)
