The Sunday 7: A Gift to Myself & the McGee & Co. Black Friday Sale

No. 1: Reset Your Nest

Christmas came early to the McGee house this year. I hired Reset Your Nest to come organize our pantry, craft room, and laundry room. It is easily one of the greatest gifts I have given myself! Now I just want them to dive into every corner of our house. Making our house look good comes naturally to me, but behind all the cabinets and drawers is a different story. The pretty photos from our pantry reveal lasted a few weeks at most, the craft room was an explosion of glitter and beads, and Syd’s water bottle cabinet was a sore subject, ha! Their team waltzed into our home this week, exposed all my secrets, helped me clear out the junk, and then put everything back together with beautiful systems that I feel like I can actually keep up!!! I have literally just been walking around our house opening cabinets and drawers to admire the organized contents and shiny labels.

No. 2: Sample reviews and sneak peeks

One of the highlights of my week was the McGee and Co. product review with our team where we examine and edit samples. I cannot wait to share all that what we’re working on! You can see a little sneak peek here. (Sidenote – I’m wearing this blazer with everything, and here are a few more I’m loving.)

No. 4: Keepin’ it casual

With all the Netflix filming and dressing up we’ve been doing, I’ve been very happy to change into something comfortable the second I walk in the door. These pieces are ones I find myself reaching for ALL the time! They’re so comfortable!

No. 5: Repurchasing

Going back to restock on a beauty product is always a good sign. This blush in petal is my everyday go-to. Also the packaging is beautiful and hearing the click of the magnet lid makes me so happy. 

No. 6: Season of gifting

It’s a great time to revisit the 2021 Gift Guides for her, him and the kids! Eyeing these things for giving (and hopefully receiving).
