We spent the long weekend at the beach, soaking up the sun, enjoying the warm weather, and savoring uninterrupted family time. It was the perfect escape from Utah’s cold, snowy winter.

At this week's shoot, we focused on winter weeknight meals and Easter dinner recipes for my upcoming cookbook. We shot the Easter recipes in a home we designed, which made the perfect backdrop—we can't wait to share more about it later this year.

For our cookbook shoots, I get to choose not just the location and menu, but also the wardrobe. I wore a beautiful white dress that perfectly complemented the tablescape and overall vibe.
