PC Contemporary Project: Our Favorite Finishes

A few details from our latest project

11 June 2021 -

Since revealing the spaces in our PC Contemporary Project…

we’ve gotten a lot of questions about everything from paint colors to tile, and although we’ve shared the photo tours and webisodes, we thought it would be fun to round everything up in one place!

Keep scrolling to see a few of our favorite highlights.

The Great Room Paint: Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore

Throughout this home, we used two of our favorite paint colors: Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore, for the walls, and Natural Cream by Benjamin Moore for the window trim

This stone fireplace was built with materials from the exterior of the home and complete with a cast stone surround in a boxy trim detail.

The Hearth Room: The wooden panneling

In this space, a precast concrete fireplace stands out against vertical wood paneling along the back wall.

The Primary Suite: The concrete fireplace

The Primary Bedroom is completed with wooden oak beams, wool low-pile carpet, and a concrete fireplace.

Marble tile from a local tile shop on the floors and in the shower in the Primary Suite.

The Laundry Room: The grey slate tile

White oak cabinetry, grey slate tile, and subway tile in the laundry room bring a cool and collected feeling.

The Kitchen: Taj Mahal Quartzite Countertops

In the kitchen, we incorporated Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops and shelves flanking a stainless steel and brass hood.
