We love incorporating earth-tones hues into our designs, and one of the best ways to do this is through green paint!
Whether it’s an accent wall or an entire kitchen, green paint can be the perfect way to add a touch of personality that still feels classic to your space.
There are so many great green paint colors out there, and choosing the right one isn’t easy. Over the years, we’ve added quite a few favorites to our list, and today we’re going to and share our design teams’ top picks.
If you’re thinking about going green or looking to find some tonal inspiration for the future, this post is for you!
Here are our favorite green paint colors:
Intrigue by Benjamin Moore in Ivy’s Room.
We wanted to accentuate the statement wallpaper in this space for this custom vanity, and we looked at a few swatches before finding one that pulled out the desired tone. This paint color is one of our favorites for its calming, green-gray undertones that bring a sense of serenity to cabinets and walls alike.
Nitty Gritty by Portola Paints in our Swan Lake House.
We were so happy when our clients wanted to go bold in this guest bedroom space, and we love how the shiplap on these walls brings even more texture and depth to this sea green hue.
GreenBlack By Sherwin Williams in The McGee Home Office.
GreenBlack is a great alternative to a true black when you want to go dark but maintain a slight hue. We love this shade in The McGee Home office and the moody, sophisticated feeling it brings.
Pigeon by Farrow & Ball in The McGee Home.
This blue-green shade is not only beautiful but extremely versatile. We love contrasting its cool tone with warm wood and woven accents or textures.
Royal Orchard by Behr in our SM Ranch House.
This olive hue feels both playful and timeless, and we can imagine it being beautiful on anything from kitchen cabinets to an accent wall in a mudroom.
