We’ve had so much going on this month—the kids wrapping up school, the announcement of my new book, The Art of Home, Memorial Day, the end of so many design projects that have been years in the making, amongst so much more—that I’ve had to stop myself often to recenter. This month I was inspired by moments of calm and palettes that ease. Shades that come from the earth—browns, creams, golds, and greens—always manage to soothe. I hope this visual pause offers a chance to appreciate the beauty in the busy moments. xo Shea
