Inside Studio McGee’s First-Ever Spec Home

It’s the Red Ledges community outside Park City, Utah, where Studio McGee’s first spec home project is based. Just minutes from the slopes, the vibrancy of downtown Park City, and the Wasatch Range where opportunities to connect with nature abound. As you can see in the video below, the first step with our spec home project was getting Syd McGee on board. “I have been trying to convince Syd for years,” Shea points out, “to invest in a high-end spec home.” Once that hurdle was crossed, it was land purchase, construction, styling, and listing.
