The Story
Shea is the creative visionary behind Studio McGee. With an innate eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces, she leads the creative direction of every project.
After studying communications at Brigham Young University and working in public relations, Shea discovered interior design through a blog she started to share her first home projects. The response was immediate and overwhelming. She enrolled in design school, launched a business with her husband Syd, and within a decade had built Studio McGee into one of the most recognized names in American interior design.

Syd oversees the business operations and strategic vision of Studio McGee. Together with Shea, he has grown the company from a small design blog into a multimedia design empire.
