We’re back with our SM Ranch House.
Yesterday was the webisode! We’re moving on to the guest bedrooms today.
Get caught up by watching webisode one, then tour the entry and dining, living room, and kitchen. Then watch part two webisode and see the master suite and the laundry room, mudroom, and powder bath.
This bedroom turned out beautifully. There’s a rust and blue color palette, and we went bold by using a saturated rust color in the custom headboard!
A beautiful, modern take on a traditional light fixtures.

This artwork has the rust and blue palette in a more muted way.
The adjoining bathroom has a great stone herringbone floor and a vanity with a vertical wood detail that has the coolest latch on each drawer. It’s got that mountain feel we wanted!

And more texture!

The views were crucial
Each bedroom had killer views we didn’t ignore. Everything is oriented and layered around the beautiful views and open windows.

To make use of this space we did tiny nightstands and small task lamps.

Coordinating artwork makes a beautiful statement. It takes up the space above the bed, and brings a soft, natural, vintage feeling to the space.

A light fixture that feels elegant and casual.

There’s a dark on dark look in the bathroom with the stain on the vanity and brass detail

We weren’t able to get this room in the webisode, but we’re sharing it here!

In guest bedrooms you don’t need as much storage. The Zane Side Table has a drawer that gives you all you need!

What wall to wall carpet did you use in the bedrooms?
I’m dying to know the stain color for the beams!!!!!! So beautiful!
What are the paint colors you used for walls, ceiling and trim?
What kind of carpet did you put in the bedrooms?
I’m wondering about the carpets and paint color too! Can you divulge?
Hi! I love your work! Would you mind sharing the carpet info? I’ve been having a hard time finding carpet for my bedrooms; Thanks!
Please share the carpeting!!
