How to Refresh Your Shelves

It’s no secret that we love to refresh our shelves! We decided to give the office built-in from our Lynwood Project with our tried and true tips from this post. So if you’re in a rut, try out these tips for styling your spaces! The tips totally apply to other areas besides built-ins.

Self explanatory. Give your space (and your mind) a fresh start!

Take inventory of what you’re working with! While you’re at it, pull some inspiration photos.

Here’s what we’re pulling for this space:

Fill the space you can, then use the smaller pieces to fill the free spaces in between.

Storage, storage, storage! We’ll start with these pieces because they’re not only functional, but made of a natural light wood.

Then we’ll add these large vases in. Both are made of this cool textured paper pulp material. They maybe a subtle, stunning statement when paired together!

 

Try a pennant with a message that speaks to you! We especially love pennants in an office space.

Try a fun, whimsical piece of art!

Don’t be disappointed if you have to adjust. Move things around until everything feels just right. The best part is, whenever you want to refresh again you can rearrange the objects all over again!
