Park City Canyons Remodel: Downstairs

Tour the downstairs of our Park City Canyons Redmodel!

We’re back today to reveal the rest of our Park City Canyons Remodel!

We’ve shown you the Great Room, Kitchen and Dining Room, and the Main Floor, so it’s time for you to see the downstairs. Make sure you’re all caught up with the webisode, too. This is a full-service client, so we can’t give away all the sources but we tagged what we could at the bottom of the post!

We kept the cabinetry and replaced the countertops, backsplash and hardware. We added some of our favorite pendants, open shelving, and used subway tile from the floor to ceiling.

Fresh greenery is a must, and it looks so beautiful in our Recycled Glass Vase because it complements the natural colors and textures in the kitchen while creating some visual interest.

A big rug to anchor the space and a ton of throw pillows help to create a cozy getaway that can host friends, family, and guests. We added comfortable leather chairs for extra seating and to bring in olive tones. The Robbie Coffee Table works perfectly nestled in a sectional and brings out the natural colors and textures in the space.

This bedroom is simple, clean, and the perfect place to get some rest. With minimal colors and accessories, we chose to add a statement light to keep things interesting.

The Blackwell Mirror is a go-to for a space on the simple side because it demands attention and brings so much character to your walls while remaining fairly neutral.

We love the way this dark bed contrasts against the white walls and makes the room feel warm and comfortable. A throw under the artwork completes the look by adding blues and going with the cozy theme.

    1. I would also like to know this. I love the look of the in the rooms you remodel and it would be great to have a good source!

  2. I’m interested in purchasing the Boston pendants from your shop. The finish in the photo above looks lighter than the antique brass finish that is offered. Did they photograph lighter or is a lighter option available?
    Thanks
