Parade Home Reveal – Pt. 2

See the second reveal of our Parade Home!

It’s finally time to show you the rest of our parade home!

If you’re not familiar with a Parade Home, it’s a house participating in a tour of recently designed homes. We partnered with Flagship Homes on this project, and guess what? It also doubles as the concept home for an entirely new neighborhood! You can catch up with the project by watching the first webisode, second webisode and by touring part one of the house.

The shaggy Joliet rug is always a good addition to rooms where people gather. It brings so much texture to your space and instantly makes it cozy and comfortable! This Loft Floor Lamp has an industrial but laid back attitude that makes this space a cool place to hang out in. The Jane Pillow creates feminine flair that keeps things interesting.

The Hudson Chair is cool, comfortable and blends in perfectly almost all decor. You can get a peek of the Uli Dresser, which stands out as a rustic, modern accent piece while also offering an ample amount of storage space.

The Charlton Wall Light was a no brainer here. They’ve got a contemporary edge that makes them stand out without overpowering the accessories in this open shelving. We used wooden stacked boxes, the coolest dog sketchJapanese paper books, a canvas globe, and our favorite desk calendar to bring form and function to the shelving.

We knew the master bedroom needed a showstopping bed so we worked with Millbrook Furniture to turn our dreams into a reality.  It was so cool to watch our plans turn into an actual piece of furniture! It turned out even better than we thought it would! We used Tuft & Needle mattresses for every room in the home because we can always count on them to be the most comfortable. The Anne Pillows were paired with the Reem Pillow to create some visual interest and to tie in with the Sanford Ottoman. We finished the space with a Pompeii Rug because we love the texture and dimension it has!

The Milo Nightstand is dark and chic, and we love the open space we filled with a basket. There’s so much potential for extra storage and decor with that open shelving. We had enough patterned accessories so we used the simple, but classic Ballard Mirror and naturally textured Culloden Table Lamp.

The Carson Dresser has these cool retro vibes that bring so much character to this space. A Snow Canyon print makes a cool statement and goes perfectly with the Faux Fern. Photography is great because it works as artwork without being actual artwork! We kept with the natural theme by decorating with a gray Dipped Vase and some Hex Bone Beads.

The Covington Shield Sconce adds an industrial element to this fresh bathroom and we love to pair it with our favorite hand towel. We filled our Check Tray with a solid vase and a chic soap and lotion to complete the look.

You might recognize this Fiddle Leaf pattern! We have it in a pillow, and soon we will have it in a wallpaper in McGee & Co.! We used a slight variation of subway tile in the backsplash to create texture.

We filled the accent wall in this nursery with a darling wallpaper from Lulie Wallace that makes the space feel light and whimsical, but not overly childish. The simple, but beautifully crafted crib from Serena & Lily paired perfectly with it. We are loving the dipped white feet and the neutral color palette of the gingham crib sheet.

We use the Elizabeth Mirror and Morton Table Lamp to bring a touch of gold into the space. We were so excited to show off our Springfield Rug, it was made for this space.

We just added this pink chair to McGee & Co, and we want to use it in every project! Decorating with pink doesn’t have to be crazy dramatic, with the right color choices it can be neutral and classic. We used a simple floor lamp that will work in a room no matter how you redecorate throughout the years.

The Tattersal Rug is great because it has a classic pattern in a dark print, so it covers stains and spills with ease. We love a durable rug in a kids room! We kept things uniform by pairing the Nancy Pillows on the Piper Beds but mixed things up by choosing coordinating Sea Breeze Flag 2 and Sea Breeze Flag 3.

We love to hang the Roam print because it is unique and full of beautiful colors. It goes along with the camp vibe perfectly.

It’s hard to tell in photos but the Freddy Side Table is covered in a rich leather that has adds a classic feel to the room and gets better with age! The cubic clock is a sophisticated accessory to complete the look.

Artwork Woodnote I and Woodnote II are hung together to create a soft, peaceful tone in a bedroom that we kept pretty neutral. The lamp has natural color and texture contrasting with the Bree Nightstand perfectly.

The Kahlo Mirror adds the perfect amount of pattern for the room and goes with the industrial table lamp and magnifying glass to create a unique but easy-going corner in the room.

We chose to elevate the home’s style by incorporating mixed metal. The Larabee Single Sconce in brass is perfectly paired with the satin nickel in the mirror. The Faux Fern Arrangement, cool soap, and candle bring a coastal-cool edge to the simple bathroom. We love how open and clean this bathroom feels with the custom vanity.

  1. What’s the minimum ceiling height you would go with for a canopy bed. I’ve loved the last handful you’ve feature – great statement pieces – but just thinking through the size of our space. We have classic 9′ ceilings, unfortunately not vaulted.

  2. Beautiful work as always!!!! You are so generous with providing all the details so I hate to be a bother but I have been hoping you would provide details on the curtains in the master. I have seen you use these curtains in numerous projects but have yet to see a source. Are you able to share?

  3. Just received the Tattersal rug for my teenager’s room, I love it and so does he! (Mom win, yay!) I would also love to know what wall-to-wall carpet was used in that room, (or in the Windsong project with the two twin beds in the attic bedroom), I love all that you choose!

  4. I love the floral pillow and the grey stripe in the guest room (along with everything in the house)!! Is the floral no longer available? And would it be possible to get a link to the grey stripe? 🙂

  5. Gorgeous! I’m trying to accomplish something similar to your white, Floating desk/shelves in a stairwell in my home. Any help with material source?

  6. Can you share what carpet you used in this home? I am looking for a nice neutral like this for a basement. Also can you share who makes the plaid gray carpet on the stairs in this parade home? Thanks!

  7. Beautiful! I love the color combination and the arrangement of the furniture as well as decorative objects – so artful, effective, and it feels just right, not too much, not too little.
